How do I Join?
Please fill in & email back the registration form below and we will book you in for the first class
After the first class, you can turn up for any class, there is no need to book for each class.
We need registration to cover for insurance & public liability with the venue

How many classes should I attend?
Working out alternate days keeps you in shape, or at least 3 to 4 times a week
If you work out once or twice a week, your body goes back to the old state again
Working out every alternate day will make the body fit
Tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!


How much does is cost for a class?
Adults $15 per class 
Kids $10 kids above 5 yrs
Kindly pay as you arrive at the reception before you start your class
Cash only, please give us correct change if possible

Most of the students who come to the class are New to Zumba

So do not worry, if you are unable to follow the dance steps and catch up with the instructor
It will be at least 5 to 10 classes till you get used to it

What do I wear?

Be prepared to Sweat !!
Clothing for Zumba should be comfortable and shouldn't interfere with exercise movements.

You will sweat in this class! exercise pants could be cargo type pants or stretch pants
Comfortable shoes are a must! Sneakers are best. Choose shoes that offer stability and cushion your movements

Avoid shoes with deep treads because they may restrict your movement.

Cross trainers or dance specific sneakers are best and Kindly bring a towel.

WHAT IS ZUMBA FITNESS?
ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements to create a dynamic and effective fitness system!
